We’re so glad you’re here. To ensure the best experience for you and all our guests, we kindly ask that you review the following salon policies before your visit:

Health & Wellness
If you're feeling unwell or experiencing any flu-like symptoms, even mild ones, please reschedule your appointment. We’re happy to assist in finding a new time that works for you when you’re feeling better.

Age Requirement
Our services are designed for guests aged 14 and older. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a comfortable and appropriate environment for all.

Policy Acknowledgment
Upon booking, you'll receive a confirmation and reminder message that includes a link to our salon policies. Please take a moment to read through them before your visit.

Arrival Guidelines
We ask that you arrive without makeup if you’re receiving a lash service. If you wear contact lenses, please remove them prior to your appointment for your safety and comfort.

Footwear Etiquette
We kindly ask that shoes be removed at the door. Indoor slip-ons are provided to ensure your comfort throughout your visit.

Cancellations
Plans change—we understand! We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and a late fee may apply.

Cancellation & No-Show Fees

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged.

No-shows: 100% of the service fee will be charged, and a deposit will be required to book future appointments.
